I have a newer install 7.0(5) where the receptionist had an anolog line coming off the aux port on her old partner 18D phone going to a chordless phone so that when she leaves her post she can still answer calls. Now she has a 5420 and I have a new seperate analog ext live on the chordless. She is also the only person that answers the main hunt group which I made the chordless a member of as well but internal calls do not hit the chordless. What is the best way to twin this analog phone to the chordless?

Well, you hit the nail on the head - go to the mobility tab of the Operator phone, and internally twin the analog station to it.
Or make the operator extension number a collective call waiting hunt group and put the phone and cordless in the group.

Not for Internal Twinning, only for Mobile Twinning.
