Having a lapse here and need to know is an agent allowed the ACD viewer tab or must they be a supervisor ? Loaded CM on PC and it works all but ACD tab " We're not a valid ACD Agent" but he has been for years.

An agent can view the ACD. They do not need to be a supervisor. Be sure that you setup the agent viewer tab with the agent number and password that they use to login.
