Hi

I've installed a 7030 and input the VM license. When I dial 509 it calls the VM but then it's silent it doesn't promo for the password or anything has anyone come across this before?.Any help appreciated.

Did you set the voicemail port to be BI-VMS? Default the 7030 comes with AA ONLY set.

Yes group 509 is set to bivms!
What kind of phones are you using?

Have you checked to see if VM_UK.tar is uploaded to the system as it sounds like it hasnt got the prompts to play. other than that have you looked at the activity log in VMAA?
