Ken, do you know what version it is and if it has a T1 card?

Ken
I have a few of those cards if you need any.

Not sure of version.no t1 card ,system +- 15 years old.
Someone suggested its an RCPU error, need to confirm that and does it mean the card must be replaced ?

Sorry Ken, I cant find anything related to an Alarm 5. If I remember right, this system has an error log you can dump.

Before you replace that card, if that is what's the problem, you could try backing up the database then defaulting the system and finally reloading. I'm assuming you have the programming software.

NP Ken. BTW, is there a SMDR printer on that system. I'd swear that 5 is a printer offline. If there is I'd try disconnecting the printer and see if the alarm goes away for good.
