I have a nam on a 7.1 software mics. Ive recorded greeting 1 and 2 for day and night respectively. When a picks up it plays my recorded greeting then the default message. How do i disable the default message so that only the greetings I recorded plays.

Have you created a ccr tree and disabled aa menu prompts

You will hear the AA menu prompt enven though you have it set to no because there is nothing else recorded to replace it.

You have put your entire greeting(s) in one place (as a greeting). The correct method is to split it, with only your salutation in the greeting and your instructions recorded in the table as a menu prompt.

You can "get rid" of a message without getting rid of it by recording 1-2 sec of a phone on MUTE.
