Have a NAM on the wall at home, seems to be OK, but calls in don't go to mailboxes but loop back to the main menu.
I understand there's a fix for this. Does anyone know?

Check Forward No Ans rings against DRT rings,, they will conflict. Calls will go to General Delivery mailbox if DRT timer is lower (or the same) as No Ans timer.
No, it's something else.
The call loops back to the main menu regardless of CFNA to VM DN, or DRT.

what type of KSU and software version of KSU?
Have you looked at Common Settings, Control Sets?
Did you fix?
If your phone system is 6.0 or higher you will need to upgrade the NAM to 4.1
Or run the REDIRECT patch for NAM.
10:1 odds this a MICS running 5.0. Patch the NAM.
