I have a Customer with a KXTVA voicemail. It is not delivering messages on time. For example...they left a message in the general mbx this morning and all of a sudden they had 9 messages from the days before.

Make sure all patches are installed and sw UPDATED.
Also ensure that unit was initialized.
Also check disk reports and mailboxes to see if boxes are full or disk short on space.
You may have to cut back VM HOGS!!

To add to what brokeda said: 1. what system is this connected to? 2.You said the general mbx, do you mean 998? 3.When the messages were finally listened to, were they identified as "new" messages or "old" messages.
