The ADC equipment I used was very small & self contained it needed 48VDC but they have real small power supplies that would work. There's no spot in the middle you could break out of the run and mount something the size of a novel?
Alternately, you could go fiber and not worry about distance. Or short-haul microwave and not worry about pulling cable at all. Being as it was inside you wouldn't have to worry about weather interference.
