Hi,
I have a Mitel SX-50 that is currently in Ground Start Mode. We are having new lines installed that are Loop Start. Can someone give me steps I need to do to change the programming to Loop Start for this system? Really could use this information asap.

I would advise you to get a manual & read up a little. System programming is needed & you need to ID the slot to get the trunk numbers. After that it is simple.

Thats the issue, I dont have a manual for this system. From what I have read on the net, its option 501-580 register 2 option g needs to be changed from 1 to 0. My trunk cards are in the last two slots. With this information, can anyone give me a step by step how to do it?
