Just added a new customer with a Compact DCS. Been servicing the Prostar variant for years but I'm having an issue with this one.

I need to add a station to ring on incoming trunk lines which I assume is under station groups but currently Day rings to 500 and Night to 529. 529 is the voicemail but I can't find anywhere to access group 500 to add a member for the station to ring. Currently the DT lines just blink and since a new office configuration, the station user can't always hear the other phones ringing to know when to answer an incoming call.

Thanks Bobby. I "assumed" that 600 was for dial "0" not incoming lines.

trunk lines are mmc 406 for anlg lines ans mmc 714 for dig lines
Groups to put in new extns try mmc 601
mmc 600 is just the operator group

Gerrya,

If the default group for D is 500 in MMC406 for all trunks when I go to mmc601, I don't have an option to add an extension to group 500 just 501-5XX. What am I missing in mmc601 to add a station?

In 600, volume down to Members, use the right of the 3 buttons under the screen to cursor over to member 01, use the volume up button to go to the first blank member, use the right of the 3 buttons to move over and dial in the new member.

press transfer and you are done.
