I am new to Altigen systems. I just brought a system up and have the analog phones (390's) working fine.
When it comes to the IP710 phone, I have it registering and I have the server seeing the extension. But when I try to dial out, pressing 9 does not appear to give me a line. The system is allowing me to dial out on the analog phones, just not this one. On the display I only see time and X410. No other functions seem to indicate it is connected to the server. The time is also off too.
But it always says Register OK and I do see indications the phone is ACTIVE in Altiware. If this is the wrong forum, please direct me to the right one.
Thanks

I don't know anything about Altigen but I can assume that you need asign an eccess to lines pool for IP phone. Usualy Analog phones given that acces by default.
