i got sent on a job to see what was the complaint. they tell me the system- sts, starts sending callers directly to the auto attendant rather than ringing the stations first. they power down the system and it works for a couple hours or so and then messes up again until they give another reset. im thinking the ksu. is there a chance this could be the vm card or trouble with the ac coming in. thanks dave ps vm is inskin flash drive.

Have you checked the attendant phone to make sure night mode is not turned on?

I am not sure it cancels it or not but this is a mode change happening at the op station...I bet the dnd button is being pressed. The system isn't going to send calls to the AA unless it is programmed to do so for one ringing mode or more.

Shouldn't this be moved to the Vodavi forum?

I never know Dave. Was it a Vodavi STS, or a Vertical STS? Feel free to move it.

First thing we need to know is how the calls are routed. How many lines? what extensions should ring? Are all the ringing phones up? Check Co line ringing assignments. Flash 40 -page A -button 10 (button 19 to display extension to ring ) DO NOT JUST ADD ADDITIONAL STATIONS. Remove them and add them all over again.
