Have a customer that wants to have his customers info POP up on their computers on incoming calls. What does he need to accomplish this. He has a IP Office Rel 8.1 configured as a Partner. Hehas 1416 sets. Does he have to upgrade to pref or ess or can he do it with what he has plus whatever software is needed. Thanks

Download the user CD and inside it is the TAPI 2 software. Just be sure to use ext number instead of user name in partner mode.
This will hand the call info off to a 3rd party software.
