TDE-100 and KX_NT533 phones

Long story short, I cannot get the phones to register to the system.
In the system slot 5 is where the IP phone start. Ip phones have not been set on this system before. My understanding assuming the network is set up to allow the phones to "see" the system then all you do in 4.1.1 is assign extension numbers there. Anything else in programming that needs to be done for them to work?
Phones have the server IP address and are currently set to DHCP. The message on the display is Unregistered to server.
I have seen something about port 9300 needs to be set up in the NAT rules for the phones to communicate??
Things are simple until they aren't

Re: CP10 to CP20 Migration
Coral Tech

No, but it's pretty straight forward.
Back up the CP10 database then import it on the CP20 software.
Adjust the inmail ports to reflect the new numbering plan/dept group standard.
Make sure you have the CP20 already updated, initialized and the license uploaded.
Upload the database.
Use the util to copy all the VM stuff from the CP10 to the CP20.SDcard. You will need to have the card reader for this on your pc. This can take a while depending on how much is there.
Reinsert SDcard, start the system. You MIGHT have to reboot once but it should be fine.

Re: OS7200s Watchdog Errors

Just adding to this conversation for future issues. We had a site that was showing in the alarm logs as 'Watchdog Reset' we replaced the whole thing and also re-programmed and it still did it. I was then thinking that the 230v plug in the wall is the only thing left. Then I discovered that 2 of the analogue extn's were showing in a error state in Cmd 6.2.1 The customer did not know what these were so I disconnected them and the issue went away.

Re: SPNET "blocking"?

I believe it's a "No User Response" error from the pbx. Had to clear an issue this am on this specific customer. The one 7200 causing the issue was unreachable via the maintenance software (TCP 5090), but reachable via an IP set at my location. Rebooted the system via 811 and everything came back just fine. It's difficult to get Wireshark in place... I have to act quickly to reboot which ever pbx is causing the issue and get them back online.

I am not at all familiar with SPNET or how it communicates, but I can't see it causing an abundance of entries in a NAT table just because another extension/system is unreachable. To do so would mean the PBX send each individual request (for the same call) from different port numbers.
It's probably worth running Wireshark while the issue occurs to see if a smoking gun appears...
Doe the issues they experience have to do with degraded audio? Or do calls simply fail to complete (and if so what message do they see)?

SPNET "blocking"?
CyberLaw
I have a 12 node Samsung SPNET with 6 - 7100, 2 - 7030 and two 7200s (MCP) (Customer refuses to upgrade to cloud) Everything works fine till one of the nodes loses internet... then other systems start having issues calling the other nodes that ARE up... My theory is the NAT tables in the routers/firewalls are getting full from the repeated attempts at making intercom calls to other nodes. If that is the case... how can this be remedied? TCP or UDP timers in the firewall? If the timer is reduced, wouldn't it cause issues with calls when everything is fine?

Yealink W90DM - Base Stations Show "Active" but Not "Active Sync" and Marked as
bilisim
Hi,
I'm experiencing an issue with my Yealink W90DM and W90B base stations. The base stations are using DECT Sync (not LAN Sync), and all firmware is up to date. The sync level is set to "Automatic." However, the base stations are shown as "Active" but not "Active Sync," and they are marked as "Abnormal Status" in the W90DM web interface.
I've checked the following:
All devices are powered on and connected to the same network. Firmware versions are the latest available. Sync levels are set to automatic, but the issue persists. No specific error codes are visible in the logs yet, but I can provide system logs if needed. Could this be related to DECT signal interference, sync master configuration, or something else? Any suggestions for troubleshooting or resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
