ID these telco tools ?

Any CO switch men on the forums ? or switch women sorry wink.

I have these from when I was in official services and maintaining the PC's and routers at the CO 's in Philly. If I had to guess I would say stepper switch

the one with an "E" has a 5/8 bolt head pattern

the one marked 10001 has a .125 inch slot cut into it

thanks in advance for any info

Could the bolt head pattern key be used to tighten/loosen the nuts on (I'm not sure of the correct terminology) binding posts in a Bell System cabinet? ponder
