Customer has an IPO 500v2 Rls7(5). The carrier is PowerNet Global. I spent all day trying to get this to work with no success. I have searched forums, read docs and I am still missing something. Incoming calls eventually ring busy and outgoing calls eventually say "Waiting for Line" in the display. I would love to send someone my config for any suggestions. To be honest guys I have grown very weary in the business. This may be my last straw. I haven't been this aggravated at a system problem in many years. I just can't understand why I can't get it. I called our distributor for support and he was arrogant and referred me to a doc about Broadvox. I called one of our senior techs only to get put off (He was busy) and then he got annoyed that I tried to call him back hours later. I still haven't heard from him. I can usually figure things out but this one has busted me in my chops. :bang:
