Don't know about MCI but AT&T has an identification code on the end of an announcement that tell the caller where it has failed...like 04T at the end of the message. Also the message comes from the MCI switch not you, so he's right he isn't seeing them hit your Trunks cause they aren't getting that far. You need to identify which area's the calls are from, or if MCI has a switch identifier have the callers tell you what the code is at the end of message. I'm assuming of course all trunks aren't really in use, but they should be able to tell you that also. Bill
