It is possible, if the thing is all prepped , preprogrammed and prewired so it is literally plug and play. We used to ship motel systems preprogrammed with a copy of the program to sub-contractors. Instructions were to call us with Proposed changes and why. Only had 1 bad experience doing it that way. Fool didn't even look at the card layout, put the 8 ONS in the 1st slot, 8 trunk in the last slot and couldn't get the 9-16 extensions or 4 of the trunks to work!
