I can email you the PMS emulator. It works great and is easy to use.
1. Please verify it is actually a RJ45, some of them are 10 pins, not 8! It is a serial digi and the RJ45 8 pin doesn't work. You will need to go online and go to Digi.com or call them (usually the PMS provider gives you these cables)
2. You need to make sure the MEM has PMS option code.
3. You need to turn on the serial port on the MEM with a technician code.
4. As mentioned above, it is Hyatt Encore, 1200,E,7,1
5. Plug the cable into your PC running the PMS emulator and it will work. You can email me at [email protected] if you want. I do a lot of PMS interfacing.
