I have a customer that has a problem using the direct to VM feature. It will sometime just keep the call on hold & not go to the mailbox. If I reset the phone it seems to work for a while, then quit after I leave.
Using a button programmed as F986 works the same as just pressing F986. The is a Norstar MICS w/ a NAM. Any thoughts would be helpful.
I haven't done a reset. I was called because the current vender couldn't fix this same problem.
