OP MarioMazza Member Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 6 Omaha Ne	I have been asked by my upper managment if DISA would allow us to access specific pool groups remotly. Example: We have Automated dialers by SER in place at our call centers. To monitor communicators they have monitor ports. these ports can be punched directly into the MICS via 12x0.
