I have been asked by my upper managment if DISA would allow us to access specific pool groups remotly. Example: We have Automated dialers by SER in place at our call centers. To monitor communicators they have monitor ports. these ports can be punched directly into the MICS via 12x0. If I was to do this and places the monitor ports in say pool M would I then be able to call remotly answer with DISA and select pool M to monitor communicators remotly?

you would not be able to select monitoring. It will randomly give you a trunk. Also could open up fraud possiblities and unauthorized access.

thank you. Do you know of any possible ways to achieve the avove goal? I was looking into a RAD from viking https://www.twacomm.com/Catalog/Model_RAD-AMP.htm Not sure if it is the animal I am looking for. We use to use RA-330's for remote monitoring when we had Melco units in place.
