I've recently done a callpilot installation on Norstar 8/16 System. The problem i'm facing is that, when a call happens and the autoattend picks up and delivers the greeting, if the caller disconnects the call, after a while the operator receives a call which gives him something like a fax beep.
This happens only when the call gets abandoned.
It will be highly appreciated if anyone can support me on this.

First thing that I would check is your line supervision. You MUST have line supervision ON if being answered by Auto Attendant. That is what it sounds like to me.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
