Hi.
I am having trouble finding where to turn off the automated prompt that says, "using the dial pad please enter the extension you wish to call, to use the directory press number sign,to leave a message press star, to reach an operator press 0".

I have a main greeting with a couple of seconds of silence, then there is a greeting recorded on Table 1 which pretty much says the same thing that the automated prompt says. Callers do not need to hear it again with the automated voice.

I thought the setting was under Greeting Tables, "AA menu Prompt:N", but that is set to N and I still get the prompt.

To change AA prompt to N is not enough you have to record a split second of silence there to kill that prompt.
