russell4444 Member Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 173 Kansas	Danny, setup each of the 3 phones with 1 to 3 SWCA buttons. Use these instead of hold and anyone with those appearances can pickup the call. I've got a BCM50 with PRI and each ringing phone has 1 apperance of the main number, and 4 SWCA buttons. Once a call is answered, the inbound line button is free to handle the next call. They use the buttons as if they were park buttons. Works great.
