You can call between extensions. During business hours a secretary answers all calls, then transfers the call to the voicemail if the person they are wanting to talk to is out of the office or busy. At night the AA answers afer the second ring, gives "Welcome to the voice mail system" then prompt 1 is played, the recorded message gives serveral extension numbers to dial, extension 108 is used as a general delivery mailbox.
