I put a msug on a slb12 on a xts, to get a message waiting lamp to come on a phone, when there is a voicemail message in the mailbox. I know it is the right mailbox, because when I leave a message in the mailbox, the phone will get stutter dialtone, when the phone is picked up. The light feature for the extension was sent to message waiting and voicemail, to see if that made any difference, it didn't.
Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
