We have a 4 port Digital Dispatch that up until yesterday was operating fine.

Then after a power failure (the entire phone system is on an UPS) the Dispatch unit failed to startup and does not even give diagnostic LED readout when you try and power it on. The power brick is putting out correct power (19.1V AC) so that isn't the problem.


Anyone have any clues. Vodavi's techsupport hasn'tbeen pickingup their phones (and there is no voicemail for the Techsupport lines).
