Have you contacted the installing company to provide you help with this information? The manuals are not permitted to be distributed to end-users, so that's why they don't come with each system. They are only available to certified dealers.

Your request seems fairly straight-forward. Won't the installing dealer perform this change remotely for you? The programming change you are seeking is a parameter in the XTS system itself, not in the voice mail.
