Hello everyone!
I'm brand new on the board, and pretty new at phone systems in general. I'm working with (I think) a Mach 1 system (Dialing 605 gives me the following: Eng. Ver. 4.15-2FE2 16 INFINITE BASIC ) There is also a (blue) TalkPath Voicemail box connected to the system.
My problem is that for some reason, the CID information doesn't get saved in the table. Every call coming in from an outside line displays CID information while it's ringing, but when I dial 659 or 635, all I get is a big list of NONE.
