forgot you have a 3rd party vm not nec's vm.
have you checked 4-35? not that it would really matter.
what the process for logging into the vm?
1)dial the pilot
2)then press # or something to let it know that you're a user
3)then dial your ext
4)dial password ----------------------------- if that's the case, (and i haven't tried this to see if it really works or not)
do a: feature redial button 1 vm pilot # ext password feature
or whatever the sequence would be to log into the vm. the system might dump the digits out too fast but it's worth a try.
