phonemeister Moderator-Toshiba Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 3,273 Likes: 1 Los Angeles, CA	You should have the connection as direct connect to com 1 of your pc. The com settings are 19200,8,N,1,Xon/Xoff. Use the null modem cable. The name is support and pw is voice for the cosessions. If you're successfull you will see the banner screen of the voicemail.
