I HAVE A CUSTOMER WITH AN ISSUE ON THE CALLER ID. WHEN THE CALL IS TRANSFER FROM AUTOMATED ATTENDENT ON EXTENSION 300 THEY CAN NOT VIEW THE CALLER INFORMATION BUT WHEN THEY LIFT THE HAND SET THE CALLER ID INFO APPEARS. BUT ON EVERY EXTENSION IT WORKS FINE. CAN SOME ONE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE.
