Okay, a little info...

I finally got into the config. You have to slowly press hold then conf then * then # separately, I was originally trying to press them at the same time. Even doing it quickly will not work. You have to do it pretty slow.

Anyway, the DRS message has to do with the NTCPU. You have to set the DRS to the address of your main system (192.168.1.10).

Now, when plugged in at the office I did get the phone to finally register and come up. Now I am at a remote location trying to get the same phone to register across a network. I have opened up all of the ports (all ports) to the specific IP the phone is registered at and we use NAT translation from the global IP to the phone system.

I can't get it to come up now.

Sorry for the noise, but anyone have info from here?

Obviously I'll keep plugging away. I can't believe the first thing as simple as logging into the phone seemed to be so difficult.

Oh, yes, the phone is an Aspire IP phone (not adaptor).
