Have a 'new' customer that moved into a site with a DK16 and PerfectVoice voicemail(2 port). I have no knowledge of the PerfectVoice. Would like to know how to access it (laptop or service mailbox) so I can set it up for this customer. Would assume it is DOS based as it is connected to a DK16. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Pressing 7 gets me the 'Please enter your user id'. The PerfectVoice Answer units model number is MVP-X. I am only able to enter single digit #'s none of which are associated with existing extentions. I noticed a serial port, is this for maintenance? If so, is the admin program proprietary?
