Been working with Samsung gear for last 9 years or so. In general pretty stable, and once familiar with the programming very flexible.
I have had a few issues with software glitches on a few models, mostly when first introduced but they are usually pretty quickly addressed.
No critical failures on 7000 series so far, but have had a few strange problems with 7030's in dual cabinet setups.
Would I go with Samsung again if I was restarting fresh in a new company knowing what I do? Yes, Have done exactly that not that long ago
