Power failure can be solved with a battery back up on the system. Or you can have a tech come in and change the ram card built in power pack.
The voicemail needs to be administered through hyperterminal. It is not suggested to use group 500 with the svmi4 voicemail. you should try using 501 and set up overflow to 529 not one of the extensions. :thumb:
