I currently have a Sprint MTX system and we have 3 remote offices and wanted know if i can create a virtual number that will dial those locations just like an extension. I notice by default virtual numbers are from ext 830 to ext 899.

How would the calls get to the other offices? Although I don't know exactly how they work on the Protege, typically, virtual extensions are extensions that don't exist on the system, such as voicemail-only extensions. Setting up an extension you could dial to reach the remote offices would requires some sort of tie between the systems of the offices. Am I missing the point of the question, or is that what you were asking?

You may want to go back and edit out the phone number to something like xxx-xxx-xxxx or 123-456-7890. Just a suggestion, since this is a public forum. Not sure if you really wanted those numbers published on the internet.

It sounds like what you're referring to is System Speed Dial. It wouldn't necessarily work for transferring calls, but would give you a bit of a short-cut to calling other phone numbers using 3-digit System Speed Dial numbers.
