I'm not MBX expert, but SMTP Mail Server ID would be the user-name required by the SMTP server for authentication. This is typically your email address. Might be [email protected] or just esimmons. SMTP Mail Server Password is the password required by the SMTP server for authentication used in conjunction with the above user name.
