Is there a better way to program a button for headset users?
The only way I was able to make it work:
PGM, empty button, PGM 17
This will give the customer these options:
Press 1: Headset on or off by pressing 1 or 0
Press 2: Ring to Headset or phone by pressing 1 or 0
The XTS has a nice button, where all you have to do is push it, and it will enable your headset without having to go through all these options.
