Is there a better way to program a button for headset users?
The only way I was able to make it work:
PGM, empty button, PGM 17
This will give the customer these options:
Press 1: Headset on or off by pressing 1 or 0
Press 2: Ring to Headset or phone by pressing 1 or 0

The XTS has a nice button, where all you have to do is push it, and it will enable your headset without having to go through all these options.

The only other option is to use the soft keys. At least headset works by defualt..you don't have to disable the speakerphone and program the 3.5 mm jack.
