Cannot reach shared extension from AA #536144 09/25/12 08:01 AM

OP Keep Member Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 169 Ontario	I have an issue with a shared ext. The shared ext is setup as a button on 2 separate phones. If I dial the ext internally, both phones ring. If I dial the ext from any of the AA' I get a message stating "You have entered an invalid phone number" Any ideas on where to look?
