I have a customer with an XTS and an in-skin hard drive voice mail that wants to change the password on one of her menus. I tried to change it via pc amdin. The option is there, however when I saved the change and closed out, the password didn't change. I have not been into the registry on the in skin. Is that something I need to do? I couldn't reset the VM. Too many calls coming in, but now I'm thinking I might have to go back at night and reset. I really don't want to fumble around with the register. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks ahead for any replies.
