OP Telephone Tech2 Member Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 106 Bridgeport, Mi. USA	I have an older OS7100 running 4.04a in another state. They answer with A/A (SVMi) at night and live during the day. They have 6 analog lines in TKGrp 800. They use LCR. If any phone is call forward all to 9 + cell number at night and I call thru the A/A and dial their extension number I get xferd to the cell. If I call in during the day time, and have the operator xfer to the same phone forwarded to 9 + cell it ring no answers. Customer says this has been the case since we shippped the system. Any help would be apprecated. Samsung tech support vague.
