Genesiscomm Samsung Moderator Joined: Nov 2009 Posts: 602 Rochester NY	4.04a is a very buggy version. One of its many problems is transferring calls outside of the system. A few years ago tech support wouldn't have even helped you on a system with this version until you upgraded. Upgrade to at least 4.24a, don't go to 4.46 it has a scheduling bug that will mess up your day/night.
