Well, you need to get the IP address. You may be able to get it from the company that installed it. You can connect to the system serially w/ a standard reversing 4-pin line cord and a special RJ-45 to 9 pin adapter. Using this method, you could connect to the system and get the IP address under System\Devices and Feature Codes\IP Ports\CPC Port.
