OP melview1 Member Joined: Jun 2014 Posts: 13 Minnesota	I think I answered both of my questions. 1. The LCD will state which queue the call is coming from 2. It appears to mean that there is nobody logged into the hunt group. Once I logged in, the LED went off. Again, thanks for all of your help DND.
