With 3 pair Sam? Reason I asked if this is Verizon (to answer my own question- has to be in NYC), I'll bet that since this is antiquated technology they don't have anybody left that really knows how to troubleshoot it plus they want to get rid of that customer anyway. Verizon doesn't even want to deal with POTS or copper so what do you think you are going to get with something like this? They are probably hoping that the customer will get so fed up that they will want out of their contract which I suggest they do.

Sounds like a perfect replacement would be hosted.
