I take care of these units for a branch of our college. Recently ( ? past 6 months from reports I got ), one particular extension is stuck on forwarding all calls to Voicemail.
When you call it through the auto-attendant ( i.e. dial main number, get greeting, then dial the extension ), it goes to voicemail without ringing the phone. Dialing it from another extension - same result.
I had the users dial 7100 to clear all forwarding - same result. I had them dial 790 to clear all station features. Same result.
I am going out there ( it's a few miles away ) on Monday to look at the TVA programming.
Someone else set up the A/A programming, so I have to review what he did.
Anybody have more suggestions what settings to check?
