OP plankydude Member Joined: Feb 2018 Posts: 7 Tennessee	When anyone who calls in from an outside number tries to dial in a certain extension when instructed, the system states that it doesn't know what they typed. No matter what I try I continue to have the same issue. Does anyone now what I can do somewhere in programming to prevent this issue? Last edited by plankydude; 02/05/18 12:14 PM.
